The reason why I told to approach the bank is that, only the banker can help you in this issue. As it related to money and bank account, they will not help you by just sending an alternate password due to security reasons. I have the similar experience that is why I suggested this way. What else you think. As long as the bank has the full authority to deal with your accounts they can only do it. Or else, you can all the respective bank's customer care and service and act accordingly. Again, you can use some password recovery software and make a try. But it is exclusively your own account and better to not play with these things. There is no harm in calling your banker and asking for a solution. They will definitely help you. Regards, Thanks
