As far as I know, most affiliated programs are free. I did an experiment with amazon. But it failed. In this economy, people simply do not want to purchase new things from online. Also in this amazon program you will get a commission from the sold item. But they will pay you only when your earning reaches 10 bucks. So I quit.

I am a member of a free site, and it does pay. I've earned money almost every month I've been with them. I can't put a link in this response because it's against the TOS of myLot, but I'd be happy to share a link with you. Send me a friend request and I'll send a private message.
The program I'm speaking of has been around for awhile and is well established...and they pay every time!
