Do you think referrals bought from Neobux are a fraud?

Well, I think so. You buy N referrals with your money. Then, some of them start to click and other no. My problem is when the referrals click. You know for sure that you have 4 ads per day. However, if you're decided to enter in Neobux, why would you click in just one or two ads? That's what happens with my referrals. The referrals, when they click, they do NOT click in the 4 ads, but usually only in one, two or three. This sounds to me like cheating. In my conception, there would be only two possibilities which seems OK:
1) Referral inactive: He/She doesn't click the ads
2) Referral active: He/She clicks 4 or plus ads.

I have stopped buying refers as it is not going to pay you your own money .., and the think which i don't like is that if refer becomes inactive for few months it is removed from the list., and they don't share email details of refer which you have made. I like most is instant money withdraw
