Can you believe anyone in the media?

I am getting sick of hearing nothing but lies on the TV news. Yesterday, in Athens, three persons died in the riots. Very sad but was it true? A petrol bomb was thrown into a bank. This is where common sense should click in!
Can you throw anything into a bank? No, they have bullet proof windows and double doors. If three people did die inside the bank, we should be asking how, and who killed them.
What do you think?

I think the media, sometimes, can overstretch the "truth" in a story, in order to make it interesting. You are true, that we should use common sense when we hear or view news through the media. If a story is too good to be true, then don't believe straight away. Do Your research on the news, right after you view it. I think, that way, we can really know if a story is true or not.

Well, here there are news teams that're really credible. My cousin worked under that company so i know they provide credible news. You may be thinking way too much of this too.

You have to take the information in the media with a grain of salt. You have to pick and choose which iems of information are true, and which are sensationalized.
