I want to make a new blog but i'm not sure if you know some adress or url . Do you have any idea from some hosts like blogger or wordpress .

i think you should use wordpress for your blog . their are many Blog hosting websites but among them Wordpress is not only user freindly but also it is search engine friendly . wordpress have a huge collection of themes , plugins , widgets which will help you to be a professional blogger . The others will not give you as much facility as wordpress can give you . best of luck .
