Willie Revillame challenges ABS-CBN: Ethical for an employee?

Im back in Mylot to ask my friends and fellow myloters who can relate to my topic.
I've been for Willie Revillame since all the mudslinging happened due to the hard competition of two major TV stations in the Philippines. I thought he was just a human who shared his ideals most especially during the Burial Ceremony of Pres. Cory Aquino. I thought it was over. But here we go again. He is in trouble again and this no longer because of his personal belief or ideas. This is merely because of his arrogance.
Abs cbn trusted him and granted him the chance to help the people. Like he always claim, he is just an instrument used by ABS-CBN to reach million of Filipino lives. The station gave him wealth and fame and an indispensable influence to the Filipino people. But despite all these the arrogant WILLIE REVILLAME challenged the station by resigning if the station wont grant his demand:firing Mr. Jovert Sucaldito.
My fellow myloters, what do you think about his action?

Good day to you Danzylop,
With reference to your question, though I was not aware of what have been done by that actor in the name of "Willie Revillame", as I saw him on the programme aired by ABS-CBN, I sometimes find him too proud of himself. That I saw him by watching on his show, that he did show any respect on the feelings that might feel of his staff. All he does is to throw a word that somehow hurt a sensitive heart.
For me, he should be somehow be careful of this, since, as you have said, the fame and wealth were just came from the TV station he worked for. And that, they have the authority to take it out from him.

I defended willie against those who bring black prop against him and his show "wowowee" and that particular "evendemata" on youtube. But now, I think this is no longer a black prop. He is indeed disrespectful for anybody's emotion. He insults his staffs, audience and contestants on TV. He disrespected the burial ceremony of Pres. Cory Aquino by selfishly implying he wants to be happy and forget about the Mother of Democracy.
Well, i think he'll be back soon. and lets wait for the next arrogance he will show on National TV.

i only watched the news report about this incident. i don't know where he gets his strength, power, and thick-face (kapal ng mukha) to challenge the network. even if the network management believes in him, i don't think they will just sit there and do nothing about it. enough is enough for willie. more people do not like him and more and more people now started to hate him.

alot of people in facebook launched a campaign to oust Willie from the show. however, ABS-CBN is so silent about the issue. Maybe its going to be the same host we will see on that show. They cant kick willie out of the show since Willie provides much profit for the network..
