As we grow older we all start complaining from different pains.I remember laughing at my grandmother when she used to put on her glasses but I now also wear glasses.Do you people have health problems and do you do something special in order to cope with them?

Yes I have crossed 45 and started noticing changes in the health and well being. Now it is a must that I wear spectacles.I have to adjust them now and then to see the print for reading.Weight gain is another.Though walking is prescribed for it,well I don't do that vigorous walking as it reduces my weight drastically.Due to overweight come problems like pains in the knees, heels.Skin doesn't look as refreshing and supple as it did before. Apart from physical ailments there is some mental aging too.Maturity will make us tackle certain problems well but certain amount of introspection begins of what happened in the past and what is going to happen in the future. Stress due to day to day problems would surface now and then. I do Jacobson relaxation every day.It has mild physical activity coupled with meditation like activity, take nutritional supplements and read a lot.

so far i don't have any health problems except for my eyesight. at my young age i'm already experiencing poor eyesight because i'm always in front of the computer and i think i have to go to the eye specialist to have an eyeglass.

I hope no, but these days I caugh every night but it is some "dry" caugh and it is really very hard one, but I haven't been to doctor yet, and I will not, just because I do't trust them. if I don't get better, maybe I will go then, otherwise I won't!

Several commonly used culinary herbs have been identified by the National Cancer Institute as possessing compounds that protects us against cancer.these "defensive"herbs include those belonging to onions, ginger, mint, nad parsley families, as well as flax. Use them regularly to flavor soups stews sauces dips, salad dressing, entrees, vegetables, and stir fry dishes. They contain a diversity of active Phytochemicals(such as flavanoids, terpenoids, phthalides and sulfur compounds) that can produce a serious punch, combating the proliferation of cancer cells.

For now im kind'a healthy, luckily i don't have any problems regarding to my health.. but i think this luck will only last when i'm still young.. when i reach 40's i think it would be hard for me to walk in the neighborhood, to do my hobbies,, so i'm enjoying these days when i'm still strong and i can do anything i want..
