Findingbux has turned into a scam - I think

Hello,
I've been a member of findingbux for a month now and I'm almost at the minimum payout. I checked it first on ptc-investigations for legitimacy before joining. I religiously click on the ads everyday. Today when I tried the cashout button, I got a message that it's only available to upgraded members and the upgrade FEE is $15!! I think it has turned into a scam. Are you a member of findingbux? What do you think?

Really? I was paid from them a while back...I guess I will go there and see what is going on. Thank you for the heads up

Are you from one of the following countries...I checked your profile but you don't have it listed.
The following countries have to upgrade before cashing out.
China, Taiwan, Hong Kong, Philippines, Malaysia, Thailand, Korea, Indonesia, Singapore, Vietnam, India.
Alot of sites are starting to do this.
