What would be the perfect Woman's Group for you to join?

Ok ladies this one is for you. As most of you already know i am in the process of creating two websites. One is a down-line builder which is just about done thanks to my most amazing son. The second one is an online Womens Group. If you were to join such a group. what would be the most important features and why.
I want to make sure this site will appeal to everyone. so if you were looking to join a women's group, what would be the top 10 things it would just have to offer to get you to join?? It's already free, so you can check that one off the list, LOL. Come on ladies i am trying to create this for you, give me your best shot

I have always wanted to join something like this but I have never really thought about what features I would like... Mainly open mindedness.. that is somthing that is really important because I think as women we feel judged alot no matter the circumstance...that is about all I can really think about.. but something tells me as soon as I press post I will realize what other features I would appreciate.. please let me know when your site is ready I would love to join..

Hey lillybelledaisyrose!! let me first say... I love your name. that's is what the group will be about. no judgement. not finger pointing. just women getting together to share, chat, lead, follow, learn, and teach each other. So we can all be the Winner Girl in our own lives! if you come up with anything please just drop by and let me know.

34momma I think in a women's group we need to have no racial discrimination as that would ruin a group. we need to have
compassion on all women who enter, a place to net work for
any women who come there and are desperate for jobs. a place
to relax and enjoy talking with each other

Hatley that is the only kind of group,business, lifestyle i am into. I will not be bothered with anyone who is not for helping everyone. all women from all walks of life. rich, poor, old, young, black, white, red, and yellow. we all need to support each other so we can all become who we need to be. trust me, there will be none of that nonsense going on in my group!!!
we will conduct ourselves as ladies at all times.
