you can contact them, you can add them to your yahoo so you can personally chat one of the staff there, they also have mobile number for you to text with. just go to contact and choose which one you want. though their buying currency is too low thats why i dont use it but its up to you if you want it.

Hi Portisray, It would be much better if you send to paypal to your local bank. since the exchange rate depend on the rate of the foreign currency.
