i love japanese food, especially sushi, sashimi and maki rolls. there are a lot of new maki rolls made by different japanese restaurants, so what's your favorite? i used to be simple, with tuna tekkamaki as my favorite. however, i am now so into the dynamite roll of Sumosam restaurant. it's salmon maki roll but with crunchy salmon bits (and japanese mayo i guess?) on top. what are your favorite maki rolls,a nd if you are to make one up, what would the ingresdients be?

Japanese foods are one of my favorite. I love sushi and sashimi in general. The first time I ate one was the California Maki of Tokyo Tokyo when they still have a lot on their menu. I eventually love eating California Maki and Tuna/Salmon tekkamaki of Teriyaki boy, which was my all time favorite, and if I was still hungry, I order Gyu Yakiniko Don too! (hope I spelled it right) I think I tried the dynamite roll before and I tried some rolls that were also fried and spicy when I was in Manila but I forgot the place where exactly it was. When I make my own roll, I only place crabstick, cream cheese, manggo and or avocado. Of course I would wrap them in Nori and the rice mixture. If I happen to get fish roe(eggs) I will add them too! Can't wait to go home and enjoy these in Teriyaki Boy again!
