At times, we become lonely for some reason which we really cannot identify. But the mere fact that we don't know why we are feeling such, what do you do to divert your sadness? Do you think that you are depressed? getting depressed? or you are just not happy at that very moment? That is just normal don't you think? But how do you manage it? Do you dwell too much on it? Your responses would be greatly appreciated. Good day!

There is still a part of me that likes to dwell on sadness. I guess it's just a part of being moody for me. All part of being under the sign of cancer. Sometimes I think more clearly when I am sad. And of course, these are the times where you really find out who your real friends are. But that's just me. I'm sure there are a lot of upside to being happy.

I am so sorry to hear that bounce.. I agree that at times, being sad is either you're bored or just a part of your mood at that time of the day. There's a million of reasons to be happy than to be sad right? take care

there are people who are often confused with being sad because of the way their face frown but seriously it can be anything like when not feeling well. even if the person is happy but experiencing difficulty, he appear sad but there is not sadness. just pain. most who see me think of me as sad but they are wrong. im as happy as ever and it almost insult me when i am told of something that is not my true self.

Hi, if this is the case, then how would you differentiate being sad physically and emotionally? Person may appear sad because there is something that is bothering them maybe. But we all have our own reason why we feel sad and we also have our own ways to divert our attention. Thanks for responding. Good day!

I used to dwell in my sadness, but now I know how to handle it.I think of the things that make me happy. My pet dog always cheers me up.When I'm sad she comes over and licks my face.I don't spend too much time obsessing with the sadness.I can always find ways to change it.
