Is it Possible to download Windows?

Hi friends,
Many of us are using the windows. I think the latest version in windows in Service pack 3. Can it be downloaded for free with valid license. I have used to search but i can't find any appropriate result to it. What are the minimum system requirements to make effective of using windows service pack 3.

If you are searching for the service pack 3 (or any other service pack for windows) you can download it from the Microsoft page and is totally free. The service pack is a collection of updates and corrections for the operating system, so it has no cost, and you don't need a licence for it, simply download and install it, even some times you can request a CD of the service pack for free.
But if you are searching for a complete version of windows then we are talking about different things...
