One person on that first one was saying he should be impeached right away . I have thought this for along time well I thought he shouldnt even have ran or been put into office.
So why are they draging thier feet here and not put him out!
An american president is to be born of 2 American parents natural born in the US.
So why is he still in office this should really be in the media more and him out of the White House!!!

[i]The 14th Amendment defines citizenship this way: "All persons born or naturalized in the United States, and subject to the jurisdiction thereof, are citizens of the United States and of the State wherein they reside." But even this does not get specific enough. As usual, the Constitution provides the framework for the law, but it is the law that fills in the gaps. The Constitution authorizes the Congress to do create clarifying legislation in Section 5 of the 14th Amendment; the Constitution, in Article 1, Section 8, Clause 4, also allows the Congress to create law regarding naturalization, which includes citizenship.
Currently, Title 8 of the U.S. Code fills in the gaps left by the Constitution. Section 1401 defines the following as people who are "citizens of the United States at birth:"
•Anyone born inside the United States *
•Any Indian or Eskimo born in the United States, provided being a citizen of the U.S. does not impair the person's status as a citizen of the tribe
•Any one born outside the United States, both of whose parents are citizens of the U.S., as long as one parent has lived in the U.S.
•Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year and the other parent is a U.S. national
•Any one born in a U.S. possession, if one parent is a citizen and lived in the U.S. for at least one year
•Any one found in the U.S. under the age of five, whose parentage cannot be determined, as long as proof of non-citizenship is not provided by age 21
•Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is an alien and as long as the other parent is a citizen of the U.S. who lived in the U.S. for at least five years (with military and diplomatic service included in this time)
•A final, historical condition: a person born before 5/24/1934 of an alien father and a U.S. citizen mother who has lived in the U.S.
* There is an exception in the law — the person must be "subject to the jurisdiction" of the United States. This would exempt the child of a diplomat, for example, from this provision.
Anyone falling into these categories is considered natural-born, and is eligible to run for President or Vice President. These provisions allow the children of military families to be considered natural-born, for example.

To all, including Spalladino: the fourteenth amendment is NOT controlling here, but the Constitutional specific definition of Natural Born as being the child of 2US citizens. The Constitution also quotes Vattel's Law of Nations. Obama is a self- confessed "British subject" at birth, the son of a Kenyan national, making him at very least a dual-national, exactly what the Constitution expressly mandated avoidance of as in DUAL ALLEGIANCE. Only the lame- brained cannot see that this monster has no allegiance to, but rather, hatred of America.
His quote months ago of there being 57 states here not only shows his ignorance of this country, but rather refers to the 57 Arab states to which he owes allegiance.
Darling Michelle, complicit in his treason (he's also an illegal alien) of course knows he was born in Kenya, as does the Kenyan Minister of Lands (quoted as saying so 3/25/10 and about a drillion other officials, countries and people everywhere, but the dunderheads and corruptocrats here refuse to admit the truth of his ineligibility NO MATTER WHERE HE WAS BORN. Citizenship is traced through the father. All the birth certificate scam is designed to do is distract the foolish. But, of course, wifey's statement shows what disgusting and vile liars they both are.
Proof just isn't good enough for some fools and these evil, money-grubbing traitors and leaches know it. "America is a mean country" - so mean it allowed her to collect over $300,000 personally as an annual salary for doing nothing, as her illegal husband showered it upon her through his politicking.
These are the most vile, predatory, and deceptive people, just plain evil, and preying on the kindness and collective guilt of others. As Alan Keyes said and warned before the fake election, O is a man of seared conscience. He is known by so many others to be a man of little to no character as well. Treason means nothing to both of them and they are disgustingly immoral and corrupt.

epicure35 I thank you so very much for your excellent response. I really appreciate you sharing your knowledge to try and educate the stupid among us. However I find the following proverb describes so many of the Obama supporters...“There are none so blind as those, that will not see” I can honestly say I pin my hopes for America's future on the strength of those people who like you, me and and many others who are not among the blind.
There are two or three infatuated Obama supporters whose "factual??" responses and comments I prefer to ignore as it would do no good to try and educate them as they appear to be too dense to absorb the truth.

epicure, I will state the obvious here. It's common knowledge that the president's father was not a U.S. citizen when he was born in Hawaii. There's ample hard evidence to substantiate this. IF you were correct that anything else trumps the 14th amendment and the U.S. Code, Obama would have already been removed from office by Congress on constitutional grounds. Your misconceptions about this constitutional issue are why Taitz, Berg, et al are trying so hard to use the comments of others and innuendo to *prove* that Obama was not born in the U.S...or have you forgotten what their cases consist of?
You are also mistaken about citizenship being traced through the father when someone is born in this country and I challange you to cite a legitimate source that backs this up...but I won't hold my breath waiting for it. Both you and whiteheather clearly prefer to ignore *facts* and to attack those who find them to be more relevant than the baseless comments of those who have ulterior motives for making the claims that they do.

Dear, dear Whiteheather, Thank you so much for your wisdom and understanding. The battle for truth has been exhausting and frustating. It has been a horrible year and then some for so many who are suffering for truth and justice while this monster evil seems to prevail. I pray God will implement Psalm 109:8 "May his days in office be few and a successor take his place." I am very tired just now.

I saw this a while back. I guess it means nothing. The Kenyan Government keeps claiming him... but we should just look the other way. At the end of June I believe that the Supreme Court is hearing about the birth certificate issue. We will se how it plays out. Some of our military is refusing orders because of this.

Spall I agree but if the President is not eligible, military men have the right to demand proof. I also know this is an old and boring conversation. But just think. Why would he continuously deflect the issue. Why would be spend SO MUCH money to keep from it. Also, think what it might mean to our country if there IS a problem with eligibility? I am not trying to change this discussion into a birth certificate discussion. I feel it up to the courts to decide now.

Prove his eligibility to the satisfaction of the nation? Would that be the majority of the nation or a small group? Where in the military code does it require the Commander-In-Chief to prove anything? He was sworn in as the president...he is the president unless and until he is impeached or voted out. Untl that time, every member of the military has the obligation to respect the authority of his office.

Barack Obama is kenyan...just like my husband is Italian...just like I'm Irish. My husband feels more in touch with his Italian roots because his grandfather immigrated to the U.S. so he heard a lot of stories about the old country growing up. I, on the other hand, had no living connections to my heritage. Obama's connection to Kenya through his father does not mean he was not born in the U.S.

Hi Whiteheather,
I didn't realize that he was hiding the fact that he was born in Kenya. I have always heard that he was. His mother was a U.S. citizen and because she never married his father then his running for president is legit as far as I know. As for Michelle Obama calling Americans too mean. I listened to the speech and understand the context in which she meant it. It's true. There are many,many mean-spirited people here in America. There are everywhere but she was talking about America.

I suppose in he was born in Kenya then he would fall under the following provision for being a Natural Born Citizen:
Any one born outside the United States, if one parent is an alien and as long as the other parent is a citizen of the U.S. who lived in the U.S. for at least five years (with military and diplomatic service included in this time).http://www.usconstitution.net/consttop_citi.html
If this is the case then I wonder what Obama is hiding with all the Hawaii controversy and the need to spend almost a million dollars on lawyers to cover up any questions regarding his birth? Could it be as was suggested by Washington State:
"If in fact Obama was born in Kenya, the laws on the books in the United States at the time of his birth stated if a child is born abroad and one parent was a U.S. Citizen, which would have been his mother, Stanley Ann Dunham, Obama's mother would have had to live ten (10) years in the United States, five (5) of which were after the age of fourteen (14). At the time of Obama's birth, his mother was only eighteen (18) and therefore did not meet the residency requirements under the law to give her son (Obama) U.S. Citizenship much less the status of 'natural born.'"

He was born in Hawaii, his mother was american and his father was from Kenya going to school in Hawaii.
Birth certificate is Hawaian. Complete controversy is covered on Wikipedia.org
Secratary of the state of Hawaii has certified his birth. His birth was announced in the local papares and are online for anyone to see.
The secret servise has certified his birth, his college certified his birth, the government student loans he borrowed to go to school certified his birth. Are you suggesting that all these organizations plotted over the last 48 years to put a black man in the White House and knew that he would get elected?

I heard that awhile back. I have a theory about this issue...I believe it was contrived to divide the people. Look at his actions since he took office and indeed, during the campaign--he is the great divider! He pits us against each other so we are unable to present a united front. So much the better for his policies.
This birth thing is quite possibly a deliberately engineered ploy. Think about it..a little nudge here and there, a "mistake" by Mrs. Obama, a few "leaks", a trail of money to lawyers to cover up all his info. What better way to divide a people in order to pit them against each other? It's easy to conquer and subjugate a people who are at war within their own borders.
What do you think? I think it's a real possibility given all his rhetoric pitting one group against the other, racially, socially and economically.

What do I think? I think it is very definitely a real possibility. Now my big question is who is behind the whole idea and supporting this dastardly plot. Obvious the planning for this had to have started way back when Obama was being groomed as the Democratic Presidential Nominee. What better way to destroy a country than pitting us against each other.

Here we go once again...those of us "stupid" ones that believe in the US Constitution and can actually read must just sigh. You can't pick and choose which parts of the law you consider valid and which you don't. I'm sure in the comming years there will still be talk of President Obama (doesn't that just get under your skin?) and where he was born. The truth of the matter is, he has produced proof of his Hawaiian birth and that alone makes him eligible to hold the office of POTUS.
Calling people names doesn't nothing to make you appear more intelligent.
