Friends working with computer is that much of effective to our eyes????

Friends why i am talking this one is because my friend is working in software company from past 2 and half years. While joining into that company he won't use glasses or spect but after a year he started to use glasses??? means is it that much of effective mean working with computer is that much of effective to our eyes ??? Nowadays i am also spending 3 to 4 hours a day. so please guide me about this please friends....

I think its the monitor light that effects people's eyes. So you should adjust your screen brightness lower, and don't type in the dark.

I work with computer day after day.For the purpose of protecting my skin,I use protector cream everyday.In spite of wearing special glasses,my eyes always be tired.It's no doubt that computer do harm to our eyes!!!
