I think if you wish to load customers through a site, you would need to create your own site to engage in such business.
Like in my case, I go to PLDT Online to purchase load for my Smart Mobile Phone. I have seen several selling e-load in sulit.ph. You can go there and check how the others do it.
Good Luck.. :)

I'm not sure how any of it works. I've seen people with load businesses, but I've never asked them how they did it. My tagalog sucks, and when I speak english people just look at me weird.

Actually, it's easier if you just plan to sell load offline because there are several out there like Wi-Max.ph that lets you sell different types of load using the sim you normally use.
But if you plan to do it online, you can perhaps set up an account with Multiply.com, and build a site directed at selling e-loads. Then, you would need to set-up payment options for your customers like PayPal, G-cash, or Smart Money.
Try Googling for it.. "how to start an online e-load business" or something like that, and I'm pretty sure you'd get plenty of ideas out there.
Good Luck.. :)

I you wanted to load your customers online then, it may be better if you use UniLoad / Load Central. It's really easy to use their system. The better part is your inventory system is also online, so you don't have to worry on your customers' purchases. If wanted to get started as a retailer, I can give it to you for FREE. Or a dealer, I will give it to you with LESS.

Are you familiar with B-mobile? It's like a networking marketing but it's good. The credibility of the company is also good. You can load all of those networks as well as cards for internet with just one sim.
