Which comedian makes you laugh the most on TV?

I really do love a good laugh, and it's true a good laugh is as good as any medicine. I used to simply love Tommy Cooper (remember him) he only had to appear on the screen to make me laugh; and there's a man who really did die laughing - I remember well the night he died on stage, viewers at home and the audience were laughing at him not realising that he had actually died but that it was part of his act. There are lots of funny people around at the moment,I adore Michael McIntyre, I think he is really funny, and Harry Hill has me in stitches with his TV Burp but my very, very favourite is Peter Kaye - I literally cry with laughter when he is on. Did any of you see him being interviewed on This Morning, the incident with the lipstick, the dog and Eamon Holmes - hilarious!!! Who makes you laugh?

I have to agree with Peter Kay!!!! he is fantastic, so funny! I really wanted to go to his new "The Tour that doesn't tour, tour", but even a week or so after the tickets were put on sale they were completely sold out! Guess I'll have to wait for it to come out on DVD!!! I love Michael McIntyre too! I have tears streaming down my face when I am watching either of them!!!!

Rob Schneider and Adam Sandler - Adam and Rob in the movie 50 First Dates. One of my favorite movies ever... :)
Adam Sandler and Rob Schneider are my favorite comedians, although Mr. Bean and the guys from SNL never fail to make me laugh either. It's not very hard to make me laugh.. :)

I was never really much of a Tommy Cooper fan & I dont find Harry Hill or Alan Carr particularly funny but I do like Jimmy Carr, Russell Howard, Ed Byrne, Frankie Boyle, Bill Bailey and Eddie Izzard. I used to think Peter Kaye was brilliant but I was disappointed to hear he'd started releasing "new" DVDs which were basically just re-hashes of previous ones. I do think anecdotal humour is far funnier than just telling jokes.

Well my first one would be jimmy carr or michael mcintyre there very funny with very orignal material. Jimmy has alot of very cringe worthy material thats extremly funny at the same time and often i find my self wondering how on earth he can get away with alot of his jokes. Someone who use to be my favourite was lee evens but now hes a has been his jokes are often repeated over and over and over you could watch a tape of him in 1994 and then one in 2008 and really youd find about 5 minutes of new material really a sad waste of talent.

Hi oldchem1. My all time favorite comedian has to be Billy Connolly, he is just the master at telling a funny story. At the moment I like Russel Brand just becase he is so off the wall and wacky and Charlie Brooker, his take on everything is just so on the money. Peter Kay, I loved the show Phoenix Nights

The person who makes me laugh the most on TV these days has to be Ellen. When watching her talk show she just makes me laugh so much. One hour of her show is the best medicine in the world to me. She will make you happy and make you laugh each day for an hour. Back in the day it was George Carlin and David Brenner.

I really like the old teams like Abbot and Costella - Jerry Lewis and Dean Martin - but I always love Tim Conway!! Today's commedians are mostly just dirty.. but I really like Ellen! She's hilarious!

For me MR. bean I have many reason for him to get laugh not because of her face to action but the things to consider about his joke.

Hi In English language films & TV- it is Adam Sandler, Rob Schneider, Robin Williams, Jim Carrey, Brendan Fraser to some extent in his spoofs like George of the Jungle, Eddie Murphy, Dudley Moore, etc and then Mr Bean of the present. In earlier days , student days and till probably 1980s - past there were Charlie Chaplin, Stan Laurel-Oliver Hardy, Dean Martin- Jerry Lewis combo, Lucille Ball, Bea Arthur,Norman Wisdom, Danny Kaye, Sammy Davis Jr, and many others I do not remember nor are their films available these days. there are many such comedians in our Indian local films too I watched and love to watch.

Adam Sandler and Jim Carey :) Although most of their humor is really lowbrow , I still find it funny . I suppose it's the curse of being young :) HA-HA I luved it when Adam Sandler was punching Bobby in "Happy Gilmore". Also how he just explodes and the result is verbal excrement from his mouth LAWL
