what's your gift this mother's day?

Mother's Day is coming. Here in the Philippines it's on May 9. And I have only a day to decide what to buy for my mom. I really want something special and unique. But i can't think of anything unique. I am planning to buy my mom a cake and give her a spa treatment. Well, it's the usual. Anything you can think of unique? What do you plan to give as a gift for your mom this mother's day? Maybe you can share so that I'll have an idea on what to give.

I will going to give her a doll because she loves to play doll regardless of her age. However, I do have trouble looking for such dolls because it must be angelic and it should look like a one year old baby. My mom does already have a huge collection of dolls and I think she will be happy when another new one will be added.
