So, who here watches "Community"? More specifically, who watched last night's episode, "Modern Warfare"? And finally, how freakin' mindblowingly awesome did you think it was?!
I've loved this show from the beginning, but last night just absolutely took the cake. From their post-apocalyptic "Mad Max"/zombie-type movie parody, to the "Scarface" bits to the ever-present and dead on "Die Hard" homages, the whole thing was just made of win.
I don't want to be too spoilery here, so I won't mention, for instance, the characters who "died" or who hooked up, but suffice it to say, I dug those parts, too. The thing that's so great about this show is the fact that the writers clearly watch or have watched a lot of TV and movies and so know the cliches. What that means for them is that they can and do comment on those cliches and as soon as they comment on them, we the viewers know that they can not then fall into them. Just the best.
So, what say you, fine folks? Do you love it in general and last night's made you love it even more? Am I crazy and last night's was crap? Do you hate the show and last night's reinforced why that is? Do you think you'll check the show out now for the first time because of this post? Let's get this discussion started!

Yep Yep totally awesome! I think Joel McHale is one of the hottest men in the world, yes world. I have been an enourmous Soup fan for years but OMG he has only recently revealed that sexy muscular side. He's hilarious, tall, and absolutely ridiculously sexxxy.

Yeah, it is kinda stupid how in shape the man is. :)
I've long said that funny people don't need to also have nice bodies, so they simply shouldn't! And yet, more and more, funny folks have to be all, "Oooh, look at my pretty muscles. And, what? There's not one, not two, but six entire packs here on my abs. Wouldja look at that." First Ryan Reynolds, then Dane Cook, now Joel Frickin' McHale! I swear, when I'm a comedic celebrity, I will break the chain. Kinda chubby and pasty white. I'll start a trend. :)

Wow. That's some high praise! Have you seen the movie, "The Informant!" with Matt Damon? Joel McHale plays an FBI (CIA?) agent opposite Scott Bakula. It's a great and offbeat movie, and Joel's great in it. Check it out if you haven't.
