Yep, it called "Taho", but its caramel syrup on bean curd and tapioca balls! Very Nutritious! We eat it at breakfast.

Syncreation, well taho is really a healthy food especially for kids. However, when one grows older the caramel syrup is no longer good for diabetics and taho itself is not good for arthritics.

Your discussion caught my eye for two reasons. First, I never knew the English counterpart of taho until I read your post. So, it's bean curd caramel dessert with mini tapioca balls. I only hope that I could recall this and won't forget. The other reason is that you posted this discussion quite a long time ago. At present, the reading meter indicates that you made this a year ago. I guess you aren't as permanent here in mylot as possible or you haven't got a lot of time to indulge in mylotting. Or maybe you're just a very busy person. Anyway, hope to see more of your discussions here in mylot.

Got sick and needed surgery then my laptop got busted, then the University blocks this site from our local LAN...but anyway, TAHO is still my favorite breakfast and a good source of Vitamin E, good also for post-op patients!
