love definatly isn't everything,i've been in love with my man for nearly 6 years,but if he left me then i would still be able to cope,yes i'd be upset but i'd get over it,my 15 year old son is madly in love with his girlfriend of 7 months,if they split up he would be absolutly devastated,i think it's sweet the way they are with each other,i remember being like that when i was younger,but then i went into the real world and discovered that there's more to life than love

Love is not everything. When kids or in school they don't understand what love really is. Every one as their young go through these stages of what they think and know what love is!.. Am in Love right now. when i was young i was very different i was in love with one person for years. now am 19 and am still in love with one person. I think that in every stage of life, the 'love' we experience is important in growing and expanding our understanding of love. Everyone thinks they're in love in middle school, high school, and I believe that at that moment in time they are....but it's more of a learning experience. Not a lasting love. What we find when we meet our life partner is mature love. And though it's not 'everything,' love is important.
