I would recommend you Canon PowerShot SX200IS really a great option 12.1-megapixel CCD captures enough detail for photo-quality poster-size prints, 12x optical zoom with Optical Image Stabilizer; 28mm wide-angle lens,HD movie shooting capability plus HDMI output, 3.0-inch LCD screen; Face Detection, Blink Detection http://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B001SER… If you looking phones particularly for camera usage then my suggestion is sony C510,it has 3.2 mpx with cybershot, face detection and somany features, or else check with some samsung corby series phones, Anyway compare these phones here, http://gsmarena.com and make your decision. Also visit some useful tips for mob phones like" how to sync contacts on your phone to-PC?" "E-mail settings for Nokia phones"on, http://bayofblog.blogspot.com/search/lab…

I prefer Canon cameras, but that's mainly because I'm used to them. I think I would have gotten the same results with Nikon cameras for example. I think Canon and Nikon have a better variety of lenses and other camera gadgets than other brands so you have more to chose from, and more camera models to chose from too. Plus brands like Sigma also make lenses that fit them, so you hage a lot of choises in different price classes.

Yes.Its Canon. They have cameras which are easy to use and the best picture quality.DSLR is a better option,if you can spend.Even the simple pocket cameras from them are a great and worth the price.I have canon and I can definetely say its lot better than the piece in the same bracket in Sony.Nikon is fine. But if I have to choose,I would prefer Canon.

Nikon DSLR's are used by more professional photographers. But I'm still planning to buy a certain model (not DSLR) of Canon digital cameras. It's the Canon G11 or its immediate predecessor. I've used them recently and also last February in Japan where I first saw the camera. What makes Canon G11 interesting is the LCD panel that swings from the side and pivots so the person in front can actually see himself/herself on the display. You can put this camera on a tripod and use the remote to take your photo while you and your friends pose in front of the camera. It's really a fun camera to use esp. in a group. By the way, the typical DSLR only have LCD panels that swing from the bottom. So, when you put them on a tripod, the tripod's legs will block the view of the LCD. Of course, the DSLR may be powerful, but it's difficult to take a self-portrait with such a camera.
