How fast can you type?

how fast can you type? can you touch type? i can type reasonably fast, i cant quite touch type yet. Is there a way to find out how many wpm (words per minute) you can do?

i m not a good typer.. i m slow one.. but not that slow.. but if i do respond to 100 discussions a day then i will may be improve it day by day.. i dont really type that much..

yea, thats in one of the 3 reasons i signed up for my lot. 1. To make some money. 2. To have a good disscussion 3. To improve typing

faster then i can speak :)) dunno really, pretty fast. i don t watch the keyboard never, over the years i perfected that i rarely miss any time to "Backspace" something or whatever... what i ve noticed is that if i m an "expert" in typing with both hands i m really really a big noob when it comes to type with 1 hand, no matter wich one it s very slow :) There could be methods about finding out a wpm but typing sometimes involves long words, sometimes short ones so it s not that relevant.

are you a slow speaker? :P anyway im getting faster, at the beggining of 2009 i was pretty slow, i think by the end of 2012 i will be typing really fast!

I can type fast. but can't say faster.. My typing speed is almost 70-75 wpm. still I try to type more faster.. what is your typing speed?
