My son was laughing at me the other day because it seems that any job he mentioned I had done!!
I am now old - very old, almost 60 (GOSH THAT OLD!!!)and have been working on and off at various part time jobs as well as my 'real' job since I was 13.
My jobs started as Saturday jobs, then holiday jobs were included and then when I was at college more holiday jobs; I am going to try and remember them all - but remember, I am old, the memories not what it was!!!!
OK, at 13 I got a job in a little habidashery shop selling buttons, ribbon etc, from there I moved to a Market again selling habidashery; school holidays saw me working on farms doing pea picking and potato picking - both back breaking jobs for very little money.
While I was a student I had numerous jobs - play leader in the local park, Christmas Post'man', working in offices, washing dishes, assistant chef in various hotels, Avon Lady and waitress.
My 'real' jobs( some full time some part time) were Catering Manageress for the police, Civil Servant in the tax office (BOO HISS), Catering Manageress for 3 different catering firms, teacher of adult education, head cook, assistant cook, catering teacher, working in a chip shop and now a dot com millionaire (NOT)
I'm pretty sure hat I've left some off that list, but anyway it gives you an idea - so how about you??

well the various jobs ive had in my life have covered a wide range but the main focus seems to be catering so ill list them starting with my first one right the way to my current one.
My first job was in the packing area of a major ready meal producer on a saturday and sunday day time to earn an extra few pennys whilst i was i college. Quiete boring as i had no one really to talk to as the work attracted alot of forgien workers and they seemed to form little groups with no one else allowed in them. Also riding 3 miles on a push bike wasnt very fun on a cold december morn.
After that i had about 6 months away from work due to college demands then started to work for a major fast food chain and had a great experiance learnt ab out myself learnt that not everyones gonna shout at you for being you and different.
Left that job after nearly 2 years and went over to agency work doing kitchein porter work pot wash person chef etc etc did this for around 6 to 8 months then had a semi nervous break down so left floated around on job seekers. Applyed for a job in a call centre of a major betting company ended up in one of there shops witch was great fun but also taught me a whole host of lessons including no one wins but the bookmaker and dont ever trust no one especially brown nosed employees who get you fired.
So out of a job again back onto the dole floating around someone suggested door work so i got trained up and ended up as a general security gaurd. Witch in someways worked out better cause i fell in love with my wife and were having a baby in september most certainly wouldnt of done that being on the doors haha
So theres my lifes work and im only 22 and still got another 40 years of work left in me.

Due to horribly bad unemployment rates i am yet to step out onto the career ladder, i might only be a teenager but that's a big ask with university fees coming up :(
