Do you think if we feel good and we have no problems with our health we should try to lose weight just because we have to be in certain standarts.I know people who are really fat but happy. They feel good when they eat and do it for pleasure so why should they stop being happy just to become thin and nervous. What is your opinion?

Almost everyone has a story about overweight. Real weight-gain. Real weight-loss. Real struggle. Real Success. Real joy. Real diet discoveries from "Cave Woman Diet" to "Birdseed Diet" to "Cabbage Diet" to "Peanut Diet." The real people who fight overweight everyday with every trick of the trade. How they gained and how they succeed to loose and keep weight off. From some we learn good tips. The tips that may suit you. May work for you. Some of these may sound like our own stories. Here's one of them.

I think if you can function well in your life and function well physically, you shouldn't sweat it, pardon the pun, if you aren't within the guidelines. I think resting heart rate and blood pressure are more accurate indicators of whether you are healthy or not than if your weight is a bit above the standard.
