Do you use Apple Mac or Windows? And why?

The two main computer systems, which do you use? And why do you? Also how do you get around the whole problem of the two systems not been compatible? Personally I have always used Windows, and will continue to do so, but only because I am used to them, how about yourselves??

Well... I personally have always preferred and used Mac OSX because of it's security, awesome graphics and the OS itself which is awesome. Of course Windows computers have more games than what Macs have, and this is a big problem to some gamers, but not to me. I just install Windows parallelly to my Mac with Parallel's Desktop 5 (the 4 is also quite good). The Macs hardware has also been said to be superior to the PCs hardware, because all of the parts have been assembled for the Mac OS, not like in PC, where the parts have been made by different companies. When Apple makes the whole computer and the OS, then it should work better than what PCs work, and at least me, many others and Linus (the main maker of Linux) have understood this. Did you know that Linus (the person who started Linux) uses Mac's hardware with his own OS? I am also used to only Macs, so that might be one reason why I prefer them to PCs... I have occasionally used some PCs, but they had always problems which is exactly what Macs are "fighting" against. For example, Macs have only a fracture of the viruses that PCs have, Macs don't crash as easily as PCs do, and Macs are overall more secure than what PCs are. Of course, both Macs and PCs can be good and bad, but computers are made for making our (humans) life easier, and sadly, most of the time, PCs are doing the opposite. Don't get me wrong, I love some kind of PCs, but overrall, they are quite irritating...

I have always used Windows and that's just really because you get Windows with most computers except for Mac's. I also think Windows is easier to use than Mac and it looks better to me as well.

I have only ever had Windows, I tend to think that Apple is more for the US market, don't know if that is correct or not. I have only ever come across one aquaintance of mine who had an Apple and that was a friend of my son in law who actually worked a lot and lived a while in the US I can't really see me ever using anything apart from Windows - I'm used to that now.

I use Windows. I always have. I guess just because I'm so used to and familiar with it. I've never really had the desire to switch or try Mac. That's pretty much why I use Internet Explorer. Just never had any reason to do differently. It's always been fine with me.

Ive always used windows and always will. For the simple fact that windows is a hell of alot more cheaper in major uk computer stores windows compatiable software is more readly avible where as apple is harder to find. Also recently i was looking for a new laptop apple wanted in the region of a 1000 pound plus where as i could get a simple windows netbook for 200 notes when your on a limited budget this matters alot. Also i watched a program a while ago and only apple can fix apple machines and they charge 40 quid just to recieve the machine so if its knackered youve just wasted 40 quid plus you have to deal with apple fixing costs and parts. Not to mention you cant upgrade the internals. Where as a windows machine you can pretty much chuck it at the nearest spotty teenager and they can fix it on the spot its whats taught at uk colleges.
