did facebook help you to re-connect with old friends???

yup it sure did! my husband even got to connect with his grade 3 classmates and now they're planning to set up a reunion this year. it's also nice because you know what's up with the people even if you dont get to talk to them often.

yes I moved away from where I went to jr. and high school for over 15 years, now that FB is here, I have found so many of the people that I went to school with and was friends with. Even some that I had lost contact with down home. I think it is a great site to connect with lost friends.

yes, it has there are some friends that i havent seen for 10 years that i have found in facebook. so facebook really helps on rekindling the past

Yes, I've got into contact with a friend from primary school that haven't seen for about 17 years (about half our lives actually). We've met a couple of times, had a great time and we're planning a girls night out again soon. I also got quite a few friends from school that I'm only friends with on facebook, nothing more, but it's easier to get in contact with now than when I didn't know anything about where they were or what they were doing.

Yes, it helped me to reconnect my friends whom I nearly forgot. I got such 5-8 friends.

facebook do help reconnect old long lost friends... i also found my long lost friend there,well i'm really happy when we get to connect with each other again. memories came back to us and it's like building our friendship again after all the years we got separated. it's really nice to see someone you've been close to after how many years. you could again have the chance to update each other about your daily lives,what had happened after you got separated,are you successful now in your life,and stuffs like that? you will also be glad to know do they have kids now or is her boyfriend before becomes her husband now.stuffs that make us grow like experiences.

Yes , surely . I was a 10 year old kid when I left my home town . I had some of my best friends there in Chennai . After that , my dad got transfer to Ahmd . I am living here now . Facebook helped to re-connect with my all chennai firends and I am having fun with them now . I am extremely happy all because of FB . happy mylotting and hace a nice day !

It did and it does! I feel giddy all over whenever I see the profiles of people I once knew, especially my former flames, crushes, and friends. It's all very nostalgic-- I always remind myself that those are the people around whom my world once revolved. Things were simpler when we were younger. It seemed so easy to anchor one's idealisms and belief and love to people around us because we had a stronger sense of invincibility. We were yet to break. Unfortunately, because I have such a ridiculously impeccable memory, I've forgotten the names of people I loved as a child, the people I would love to have known more. I could remember their faces, I promise. But to easily find them in facebook requires a name. Not to mention that a few choose not to display their true names. Not to mention that others just aren't registered. And some don't like to be found (at all).

yes it did and all of my family to that i haven't seen in years i have kept in touch contact with them more often which is cool
