it is based in a classic book dante alighieri inferno. it is a adventure of a man in the pits of hell but unlike the game there are no swordfighting and such but a adventure nonetheless

It's the Divine Comedy indeed as mentioned, but I haven't read it but I will do it in the near future since it's a classics and seems very interesting.

I haven't heard anything about it being based on a book, but I do know that it is a complete copy of God of War 3... It is not a cheap copy though, and it is very well made, but it is still a copy. I dont mean to make anyone sad/mad with this response or anything, but it is just true. Because God of War is only for PS3, Xbox 360 users will buy Dante's Inferno, which is a fairly good game too, but still a copy. Did I confuse you

Divine Comedy - a must read high school book. Shows us hell and purgatory. You have the prerogative to take the journey there. It is your life, I guess. I don't advise, though. It will char our skin, ughh!

I read it in my school library almost everyday, its very lengthy but a great conception of Hell, Purgatory, and Paradise (Heaven)
