Hell0 guys. well, I don't have cold, but the weather here is very weird- one day it is shiny and on the other it rains and the temperatures falling down rapidly. SO I guess that there is some chance if not to me, then to someone else to get cold, and I want to be prepared. SO what tips do you know???

water is so important, when you have cold. a high fever makes you sweat a lot and diarrhea makes you dehydrate. to prevent you from dehydration, you need to drink a lot. i recommend vitamin loaded refreshments like one you drink after sports because sweat takes vitamins and sodium away from your body when it runs.

hi, there. you might find this weird, i recommend eating a lot of ginger with hot pepper. when you have a cold, you need to keep your body warm. ginger makes you warm well and of course hot pepper too. here is my recipe ingredients: some lumps of ginger hot pepper Beef Bowl( if you have appetite ) tea slice some ginger and put them in the bowl. then put a lot of hot pepper on top. if you have appetite, it really goes with beef so try it with Beef Bowl :D then grind a lump of ginger and put it into hot tea. if you eat hot pepper and ginger, and the special tea, you will feel so warm. and as i mentioned, you need to drink plenty of water or refreshments. and don't forget to change clothes and wipe your body when you sweat a lot or you will feel cold and worsen the cold.

are you from JApan? well, I really love spicy food and guess that I will really love it, so the only thing that I need now is a ticket to JApan, which will costs me about $1000( a two-way ticket) so that's why i guess that if I save all ym money from myLot I would nead approxiamately 20-30 years Just a joke :)

in Japan, there is free pickled ginger and hot peper on each table at Beef Bowl restaurants. i often go there and have lots of them with a Beef Bowl. if you like spicy food, i am sure you will love it. ;) oh, that reminds me! the ginger should be pickled or might taste strange. but the ginger for tea should be unseasoned. pickled ginger really goes with sushi too!

Since you have no cold yet, you can take multivitamins so you wont catch cold. In addition to this, you can also eat fruits especially the ones rich in vitamin C. It is also helpful to drink plenty of water everyday. Avoid a meat-diet because it is not healthy. When you have a cold already, you need to take a medicine for that. A good diet will always make you healthy.

well, thank you so much. i guess that I won't have any problems with the "iron" as a vitamin, because I don't do any meat diets and I have never done this I know how important meat is nd for the fruits- you are totally right, because they contain many vitamins- the kiwi is the fruit with a big amount of vitamin C and one kiwi is enough to take your daily dosis! thank you once again!

The weather here is strange also. It is going down below freezing again tonight. The best way to keep from getting sick is to keep your immume system healthy. The best way to do that is get plenty of sleep, water, and eat right or take vitamins, especially C, E, and D. Most multivitamins have these in them. If you don't eat properly (which very few people do), a vitamin will help.

Hello my friend! The are few thing I usually done to prevent myself got a flu : Always wash your hand and gargle your mouth with water every time you got home from outside. Give yourself a healthy and balance food, Its your weapon again Flu, a good body condition. Give yourself a great sleep, you will feel more healthy. Eat a lot of fruit or Vitamin C, But I prefer fruit better. If you have already got a flu give your self a warm meals and a good sleep because it was the best medicine.
