When I joined myLot I was very active back then because I'm very enthusiastic to this site. But as time goes by, and it really gets on my nerve, the site is loading really slow for me. Is it just me or does anyone else having the same issues? I love this site and would really like to get back on my tracks. But the site's speed for me is really irritating! It'll take about a minute or two before the site finally loads. Can anyone here suggest me anything on how to at least speed up the loading process?

Others have mentioned this too and some say it is only certain times of the day.
I am using Chrome and it loads fine for me.
Have you cleaned your cookies/temp files recently?

I am currently using firefox right now and my browser is set to clear everything everytime I close my browser. So it's a fresh start every time I open it. Maybe it's a browser issue? Cause I doubt it's my connection since everything's fine when I go to other sites... I'll install chrome and see if anything changes. Thanks for the response. :)

Well guess what. It's a lot faster here on Chrome than in Firefox. So I guess it's a browsers issue then. I can't leave firefox though since I'm much comfortable with it in addition to its features. Although, I will definitely be back here in myLot now thanks to Chrome and to you...

I am not having any trouble loading up the site, I have noticed though that it has taken a little time for dome discussions and replies to actually go on.
I don't know if there are certain times that the site is busier or not.
Good luck with getting on and doing some writing

I'm having no problem today. Instead it's faster than the past days. Sometimes it is caused by your ISP. But if you are having slow loading problems only on mylot then you should clear your cache and cookies, maybe it could fix the problem. good luck!

Just as what I have responded on the previous reply, my browser is set to erase everything every time it shuts down. So every thing is fresh when it starts. In addition, if it was my ISP, then I should encounter this problem with other sites too. But it's only here in myLot.

I didn't notice any significant delays in my end. It must be your browser. If you are using Firefox, try disabling some of the add-ons. I had a problem a week ago when I installed a new add-on and my browser took forever to refresh. I was able to solve the problem by disabling several of my infrequently used add-ons.

try to check your internet connection. I am also using firefox and it load just fine for me. I dont have any problem with it so far.

no your not alone i know what your going thru. i am trying toget as many post done an hour as possible but that is difficult because the pages on this websiteare slow and i am pretty inpatient (something im working on lol) but none the less maybe there is a way to speed up the process... if youfigure something let me kno will ya.

same time here though i dont know if its mylot or just my connection, i really hate my connection as it takes time before it loads the page and sometimes for the whole day i was only able to post 10 to 20 responses here in mylot unlike before. Im using a wireless usb broadband and its very slow, i have no choice coz its more cheaper than other broadband or dsl out there besides its more convenient coz i cant bring and use it anywhere with my laptop and mobile coz its a sim that inserted to a usb as a modem, anyway, i still miss to have a lot of response here in a day specially now that i just stay at home since i dont have work so i can earn a lot.

yes you are rite.. it is slow.. from many other sites.. the place where it works fine is may b the faster internet connection.. where as there is not any heavy stuff on this site.. but still it works slower than many other websites..

I don't think thats our issue . It totally depends on your internet speed . I have been on my lot for about a month now and I have not noticed any changes in the speed . I also use chrome as that suits me . Check your connectivity or contact your ISP . It really depends on your speed . May be your internet speed has decreased in the last few weeks . Check out .
