Do you check the clock at the bottom of the earnings page..

I seem to be getting into a habit of checking the time on the clock at the bottom of the myLot earnings page to see if I still have time to add one more discussion topic or maybe respond to other members discussion topics before the earning change for the day.
Am I the only person who does this , or is this common practise.
I know it makes no difference as if I miss the deadline then it is counted in the next day, but I still do it.
Have a quality day all.

Agreed!
This is one of the places where, if you don't do it today, you can still do it tomorrow and it is today somewhere else

When it turns midnight here in Italy, it is already tomorrow
but somewhere else (US and UK for example) it is still yesterday because they are behind (or we are ahead ).

It tells us what time it is in myLot land.
Everything is done in their time zone, not ours.
A day for posting is from midnight to midnight their time.

I never delay anything and I post regardless from breakfast until evening on and off from home and from work regardless of whether it's night or day or yesterday or tomorrow

It will become more of a big deal for you too once you get nearer to your payout

You are making it so obvious in every post that you have not opened the FAQs
It is written there that everything here is based on myLot's time. Their day counts for everything and that clock shows us what time it is in myLot land.

i occasionally look at it but it holds no significance to me to be honest i just like to know what time it us in the usa compared to mine. I think mylot need to be clearer on there earning policy rather than it follows a specfic pattern according to there terms

Hello,
You say you only look at the clock to see what time it is in the USA, does this mean you believe that most myLot members are from the USA. In my experience there are alot of members in the community from America, but, they are not always the ones who add the most to discussions. Just my thoughts, so have fun and enjoy at all times of the day.

I too do it often.I dont keep a check on how many discussions I have posted for the day rather see if I have to go to the kitchen to finish some of my last minute jobs or some other boring stuff like that. One get get completely lost here going through discussions and answering , and it is a good idea to have that clock ticking away...

No, I don't even bother to check the clock at the bottom of the earnings page. I don't really know when the day actually ends for when you can post stuff to make the earnings amount. I am fairly new to Mylot. So I don't really understand how it works. I am just happen to make a certain number of postings a day. But I do notice that some members do like to make it to Payout before the deadline every month.

Do you know i hadn't even noticed it. but now i do it explains why it's so quiet when i arrive in the mornings, the mylot time is just gone midnight! Honestly i think i may check it in the future but if i really wanted to post i'd post anyway! it's strange how we can make numbers dictate our lives for no real reason other than they are there though. Have a quality day yourself by the way!

The only reasons that I look at the clock are:
- to see if certain friends here are awake or asleep.
- to answer users' questions about something concerning earnings.
- when I see a user here/not here who should be and it's getting late/early.

I don't check the clock as i'm ot on here daily. I just come on here respond to 3 or 4 disccusions and then im off the site for the day. I don't even know where the clock is or when they give out payments each month. I'm new here and never made payout yet but im close to making my payout but as ive learned from other discussions I've already missed this months payout. So maybe next month i'll make it. We'll see. But I can tell you that looking at the clock is bad habit. Just respond to many disccusions and then get off the site for the day then you won't be so anxious to see if you met the deadline. Good luck with that.
