Hey, im brand new to this mylot thing too. I'm from Canada too... eh? Haha yea.
Jus wonderin peeps, how much do u make like per post or like, generally how much u make for anything u do on this site? (pics?? i hav no clue how to do this stuff)
And im looking for sum freinds. Dunno how to do invbites either :S

Welcome to myLot, allgreen. I hope you'll enjoy the time you spend here. I know I sure have. I've invited you to be my friend. You'll learn your way around the site the longer you're here so don't worry about things yet.
The tips groovy1 posted in response #2 above have helped me tremendously. MyLot uses a complicated algorythm to calculate the earnings so it's impossible to tell you how much you earn for each post, etc. You don't earn 5 cents per post, for example. It depends on a lot. I THINK some of the things are how many responses you get to your questions; if the responses are yes/no answers or true discussions; whether people mark your posts with a "+" or "-"; and how many of your replies are marked as the best response.

Hi and welcome to myLot. I have been here for about almost two months so I am still fairly new. It is good to have friends on here and hope that you will make some nice and helpful friends like the ones that I have made. I try and help new members and existing members as much as possible. I always give best responses to my discussions for the ones that I feel are the best and I give plus ratings for honest and answers that are at least one full sentence or more.

Hi, wildguy2! This is my third day on myLot so I'm also a newbie. I live in Florida, in the United States. As soon as I finish writing this, I'm going to ask you to be my friend. I hope you'll accept my invitation. In just two days I've earned 88 cents. I earned 30 cents the first day and 58 cents the second. Not much, but I haven't spent much time on myLot either. When you think about it, though, that averages to 44 cents per day and $0.44 times 365 days = $160.60. I'm fine with that.

What a great response, wildguy2. Now that you've been here two weeks, are you finding myLot to be everything you hoped it would? Are you getting a chance to express all the opinions you have? I certainly hope so.

Hi Flak added you to my friends list thanks. It's nice to be in a place where we can share our thoughts and earn a little from it. For me the money is nice but I mostly have a lot to say and this will help me get out a lot of my views I hope.
I am very familiar with the internet and am a handy man to boot, so if I can be of any help to anyone here with a project there working on or troubleshooting somethng, or just an ear to listen don't be afraid to talk to me.

We are new too .... joined ages ago but couldn't sign in and all messages to mylot were ignored .... about to give up when sister-in-law said she would contact them ... that same day received an email from mylot saying what to do and the problem was fixed. Still learning the way around the place and answering questions from a few people sister-in-law told us to check out ..... said it would help as we could post while learning. We are from Australia.
