Sometimes, when I watch television - it depends on the film, of course - I watch it with tears in my eyes.
Are you also so sentimental that you cry during some films?
Which kind of film makes you cry?
Or do you think it is just a film and you will not cry?

If you see the film putting yourselfe in the scene and the situation, it's difficult not to cry, but there are people who don't understand this. It's a pitty because it seems that they might not have any feelings.

Oldchem! I saw Marley and Me in theaters with my sister-we both cried! The girl behind us cried! lol I bought it when it came out on dvd--and I cry every time I watch it. I actually watched it LAST night and bawled my eyes out! I usually watch it when everyone else is sleeping, so I have to try and cry quietly! lol

Yes, I do cry at some movies...
Sad animal movies never fail! I actually just watched Marley and Me for the 3rd or 4th time last night, and still cried my eyes out!
Old Yellar and Where the Red Fern Grows also make me cry...
A couple episodes of the television show Third Watch make me cry...
So, I can be sentimental depending on the movie (or show)!

Personally, I cry seldom in daily life. I don't know why I sometimes cry a lot when I see movies. Tears of sorrow, of happiness, of touching, I think that's because we seize every opportunity to go into the film, we use our souls to experiece the movie, some kind of connection. I love seeing movies. Some movies like Hachi which I saw recently, I cried a lot. Forrest Gump, Green miles, Life is beautiful, Saving private Ryan etc. A film is not just a film it is, it's a combination of people's lives.
