Did anyone see Betty White on SNL last night?
If you haven't heard, there was a campaign on facebook to get her to host. It got big enough to the point where it actually happened. ^o^
Anyways, I thought the episode was great! The best one I've seen on the currect SNL "era" in a lobg while.
Amy Poehler, Tina Fey, Maya Rudolph, Rachel Dratch, Ana Gasteyer and Molly Shannon were featured on the episode as well (probably for Mother's Day). I loved the NPR sketch they did (similar to the "Schwety Balls" one from 2000 or so) with Betty White. And the Digital short was awesome. w

I saw her opening monologue. She is so funny. It's such a twist that she turned down offers to host SNL in the 70s, 80s, and 90s, but in 2010 at the age of 88 finally decides to do it. I read reviews of last night's episode this morning online, and the consensus seems to be that she rocked SNL, and gave viewers the funniest show in a long time.

I agree with Ambie Pam... She totally rocked SNL and it was the best episode in ages. Betty White is awesome!

It was pretty cool to see Betty White host SNL. She was pretty funny in it. I did miss much of the show. So I am hoping to catch up with the sketches that I missed online. It was great to see all those past female SNL cast members on the show again. They really added to the show. I guess it was a tribute to Mother's Day having them on too.
