What consititutes the title of a nutcase

To follow on from earlier diccussion about the consitution. What turns an average joe american from just being normal gun loving american so an all out nutcase that needs locking away for the sake of humanity. My thoughts from this discussion stem from the fact there doesnt seem to be a line or any distinct grade to stay on the right side of. For example take wacko yes some may these where a cult church group and the fact they had weapons made them from average americans into all out nut cases but why? In the state of texas its not illegal to own weapons and you can own as many as money can buy. Yes its a church group but there americans so why shouldnt they have the right to bare arms wheres the differance between a normal american letting of a few rounds down the local gun club and a church doing the same? Is it on the say so of a law enforcement agency that they become nuts because they do summat thats a little different from everyone else does that make um nuts i look forward to your answers
