Do you eat at home mostly or eat out most of the time?

I prefer to eat at home. Yes, it takes some prep time. But, it is healthier and cheaper in general. The thrill and unwindingness that cooking provides also comes with the territory. What do you guys think?

I prefer to eat home made food. I dont eat the junk food outside. If i want to eat soemthing from out i ask mom to ook the same for me. But i honestly avoid eating outside.

That is very nice idea. But not everyone is as lucky as you to get to eat food cooked my mom all the time. But it is a good chocie nevertheless.

Well ideally i prefer to cook and eat at home too. I totally agree its healthier and cheaper. But then there are times and situations when you dont exactly have that luxury? I mean you are so tied up with work and other things in life that food kinda takes secondary priority in bigger schemes of life. I am sure all of us have felt this atleast sometimes. Eatting at home gives us the complete freedom to choose healthu ingredients and cook in a healthy fashion. At the same time i have few eat out places in mind when its not feasible to cook at home.

For the most part we eat and prepare our meals at home (even though I'm not a good cook), it's just so much cheapier and better for you. I do enjoy eating out though, we usually do this about once per week.

I prefer to eat at home as well. It is healthier and cheaper as you mentioned. I have a hard time though coming up with something different to make that everyone likes or would attemp eating. If I can't find a recipe that looks like something the family might like I go to the standby, tacos. LOL, we have tacos at least once a week.

yes, tacos are a good one. Quick to fix, tasty. Try fixing tacos at home every once in a while. Less clean up that way.

I prepare my own breakfast and dinner, most of the time. True, its nice to prepare our own traditional ones and try out other recipes too. Just one of my hobbies, to cook :) hmmmm...

eating at home is a very healthy habbit, one does feel the importance of once own tastes, health make and appatite. generally food prepared by our loved ones can have no substitute. the mental boost it gives can have a long lasting effect on mental and physical development. in all it is wholly advantageous- cheap, healthy, made to your needs and made by you or your loved ones, or atleast made on your loved ones supervision. i 995 of the times take food at home, or atleast i am blessed to have it that way.

DO you get help while you cook. That will make it easier. And with a big family eating at home is fun too. I gave you a +. Thanks for your response.

Thats a good point. I gave you a +. Being tired of eating at home one does have to go out. Take a break from cooking and more importantly from clearing up actually :)
