Internet Good or Bad?

Hi there, in my view internet is good, coz lot of information and whatever the information you like to know you will get, apart from this you will be educated more through many sites. And now a days we are getting more jobs through internet. It is helping in many ways to women like me home makers to know about the world is easy. Cooking, shopping, entertainment, online education through online universities, culture and many more. Bad also there if you misuse it. So anything if we use it for good it will helpful to us if not it is a bad.

I think you cant say whether internet is good or bad. It actually depends on the user of the internet. Internet is a very useful source of information which help us in many ways. We can gain knowledge, learn different things and use it to interact with people. So it actually depends on the user that how he/she uses it.

Internet is good when it is used in a proper way for the development.Internet is bad when it is used for the destruction and to cause problem to others.Internet has many good advantages as well as disadvantages.Every thing has positive and negative points.

Internet is good because we can access every information around the world faster.. but it also have a bad effect if the information contain terorism or another bad thing..

As people stated, the technology can be good or bad. This is the same for all technologies. Solar energy can be used to power up hospitals, whole cities etc. and save the earth or it can power up armies and help destroy it... It is the same with the internet - one can use it to spread love (i.e. www.your-love-is-in-the-stars.com/), while another to spread hate (I won't put a link to hate sites here since I do not promote hate myself... but there is more than enough hate to fill me with a strong fear to our children). About addiction - it depends. Addiction is bad, but... some actually make good of this addiction - either by helping others, or by building something creative. Eventually, the internet cannot be bad or good in itself. It all depends on the person who is using the internet.

For me, its BOTH. It could be good or bad. Its good since you get a lot of good information on the internet. In the absence of books, internet is always there, free and can be accessed easily. Its good since you can connect with lots of people from all over the world, sharing new ideas and thoughts, learning new things and experiences. Its good since it will feed you information that you need in a research or an assignment. It connects you to old friends or family from afar by using emails or chat. So there are lots of good things an internet can do, the once i mentioned are just few of them. Internet turns bad when you don't know how to control your time. Like spending most of your whole time in the internet. Its bad when your using the internet, especially chatting when you in the office. Its bad when you just spend it and use it to a senseless things. Its bad when you use it for scamming. Its bad when internet is used to hurt other people or something that connotes to that.

This will depend on the person actually using the internet. For me its not bad at all. Its really helpful in my work. I rely on the internet for research, downloading necessary tools for my work, connecting with my loved ones here and abroad, and a lot more. Just like the cellphone I think internet has become a very important part of my life that I will have a hard time living without it.
