This is the first time ever that Philippines will be using an automated system during elections. A lot of people were already lining up at the polling precints early this morning (like 5am) but I've seen in the TV that there are a lot of complaints about the PCOS machines and the ballots getting rejected by the machine. Next would be the very long lines. For some, voting went smoothly. What was your election 2010 experience?

i can say that this is the fastest way to vote, since it only took me less than 10 minutes to finish. aside from i have prepared my list the day before the elections, the ballots are clear and of course, the counting is faster so the results will be revealed early too, than the past elections. but the time you spent in the polling places is terrible. just in line to get a priority number took me 7 hours.

It was awesome! Since my surname starts with letter B, the line wasn't that long. The PCOS Machines were all in good conditions so there had been no problems. Not to mention the election day promos of mini stop and 7 11. I loved the ten peso price of a 500 ml C2.

It went out smoothly. I only waited in line for 2 hours. I finished shading and entering my ballot to PCOS Machine less than a minute. I really enjoyed the experience. I enjoyed watching televesion too , reports about the automated election because it was really fast to see the result. All in all I believe our automated election became successful, eventhough the candidate i voted is not number one.

I lined up at 9:30 am to get a priority number, I got my number at around 10 am. That was just 30 minutes. My number was 327 and I asked the lady what was the number being served then? She said it was 204, so I calculated that if they have started at exactly 7 in the morning, so for 3 hours, they have served an average og 68 voters per hour. My difference of the voters being sereved then was 123, so I was thinking that I will be served at around 11 am... So I went out from the crowded place and found my self relaxing at the gymn while waiting till 11 am to go back to the precinct. At around 11 am, I came back lining up to be served. While listening to the call it was still in 260 until they took a break for lunch. So waited again till 1 pm, since it was their usual hour break for government employee. To make the long story short, I was served at around 2 pm. My calculation was not accurate though... But prior to that I was able to express my complain and suggestion when a volunteer from PPCRV passed by to check the precinct output and I felt good that they gave positive respond and made a necessary action that was why I my turn was a little in advance. If it was not of my complain I was maybe served at 3 pm.
