Today I woke up very early to get ready and go to the polling precinct. I got there at 6:40am and waited for the precinct to open. The BEIs were giving the last minute instructions to the other members and the poll watchers. I got priority number 4 and finished voting at 7:24am. I admire how smooth the voting was in my precinct. The automated election really speeds things up. Two thumbs up for the teachers who are willing to help and for the comelec as well. Mabuhay ang Pilipinas!!!

i am not sure if you had the same experience if you came in the polling place an hour or two later. in our precinct, voters who came late, 9 and later, had a very bad experience. we were just able to voter after 6 to 7 hours, after lining up to get priority numbers. i think it's the problem with the BEI how they accommodate the voters.

It's so sad to hear that. I agree with you. I also think that my life wouldn't be easy if I went to the polling precinct late. I really planned on going there very early to avoid waiting in line for a long time. It is also good to vote early because the people's mind are still fresh therefore the BEIs are still accomodating and the machines are still in good condition. It's good that you were able to vote. I salute your patience. I know that I wouldn't last that long in waiting. Happy mylotting:)
