I don't know if it just me, but almost every monday i find a lot of my friend in facebook make the same or simmiliar status about monday. Most of them us "I Hate Monday" while other make some variant like, "No...!!! It's Monday", "Monday again :(", etc.
Do you also put status like that in your facebook? Also how many of your friend make that kind of status?
Thanks for responding.

I never put any status in my facebook account nor do i visit the site regularly. I only take a peek at the site for a few minutes and leave. But i can't blame those who post the monday blue through facebook because that's is what monday to most working people.

Well yes, but i think it is still worth a try. Although most people addicted to farmville, i on the other hand, was not really take any interest at farmville. I do play it for a while, but, it was not long, and not that often. I don't really like how the game force us to go back to them every certain time. It is take much of my time. Thanks.

If there's one thing that i'm trying to avoid in facebook, its the games, especially farmville. I know it is very addicting since majority of my colleagues are playing it. I would rather post here in mylot than play games on facebook. Maybe i will reconsider is they will start paying the players.

I do notice this kind of thing with a lot of my friends on facebook. However, it is really a nonissue for me because of the fact that I'm a stay at home mother and every day is basically the same for me. Monday is the exact same as Saturday and Sunday for me. In fact, there are actually times that I rejoice about the fact that it is Monday because it means that my daughter goes to school for the day which is something that is like a gift to me.

LOL, yes, i hear it a lot. When many people become stressful in monday, most stay at home mother actually happy when monday is coming. Is not like they don't like their children and their husband, it is more that they have free time for so they are happy. Especially when their child still very young. Thanks for responding this discussion.

Well, when you're retired, Monday just becomes another day. I certainly didn't enjoy Mondays as much during my working life.

Yes, very true. Monday become scary when you start having a job. It is a signal that the tired and boring week is start. We need to wait another 5 days just to get another free time for ourself and for our loved ones. Well, anyway thanks for responding to this discussion.

I rarely use Facebook so I wouldn’t have a clue what my friends there say! In my house both my husband and daughter suffer from ‘Mondayitis’! They hate Mondays with a vengeance whereas I’m not too bad because I work from home and every day is pretty good to me! I’m not keen on Tuesdays though because that is the day when I usually catch up on housework!

Why do you not use facebook? I think it is really fun to play with the site, and it is also a good place to have fun. Anyway, i understand your point. Working in home mean you can work on your own pace, you can do it while sitting, sleeping or other positition you like. There is no timeline and the rules is created by you. So you don't really dislike that job situation and environment. Since you don't dislike that, you don't dislike monday. Anyway, thanks for repsonding this discussion.

I'm sure I'll have a stack of friends who will have those very words to say when I see the news feed on Facebook tomorrow morning. Aren't they such positive people? And it seems like it's often the same people! I don't think I've ever put that on my status report. I sometimes think of people who pass away and they don't have any more Mondays . . . we should all feel fortunate we are alive and are privileged to be able to live another day.

Well it is a good way to see things. But some time, people mood was not always good. If that happened, they need to vent it. Some time they blame monday for this. I think it is ok to put this kind of status every once in a while, but if some one put this stat every single monday, then i think there is some thing wrong with that person.

yes, i notice that some of my Fb friends and even on twitter groan about mondays. i think i'm one of those but i'm not sure if i ever posted on twitter or facebook.
mondays used to be something i do not look forward to because it signifies the end of weekend and start of another hectic week. but since i became a home maker, it doesnt really matter now. hahaha.
happy mylotting!

Yes, i agree with you. Most people don;t like monday because like you said, it signifies the end of weekend. It mean, your free time saturday and sunday it's over. You need to go to work ( or school again ). Some time i do post this kind of stat. Thanks for responding this discussion.
