Interesting isn't it, how we may choose anger when we can choose to understand and forgive.
Personally, I have learned to always observe my self, as if I were another person.
I would say to my self "Nothing good will result from staying angry."
I guess it takes time to free our selves totally from anger.
One of my favorites is to focus on other people who are less fortunate or have been done bigger wrongs...
What do you think?

well its nice that u can let go anger that way but sometimes i think that when people betray or backstab you, its really hard to forgive or worse forget as it comes down to your dignity to go back to normal with such a person! but for the good old friendship sake . . i have forgived such a person as they seemed to be genuinely sorry but i ve never been as close as before!
but then again with time. . . u tend to overlook things!

Yes, I got angry fast, real fast! However, I am fast to realise
that anger do more bad than good!
So, I will always learned to forgive and spend my time doing much
better and productive things rather than wasted it on my anger. Time
is precious, why must we wasted it in a negative element such as
anger? Forgive is the best remedy and it brings more good to all
of us. Less stress and we all happy. Just remember this :-
Positive attract positive elements which is good.
Negative will leads to more negative elements...
Nobody is perfect and we can pleased everyone!
Cheers and be happy
