how to transfer paypal to payoneer

Just when I thought I could take over control over my hard earned online earnings, withdrawal dilemmas began creeping at my back.
For starters, I don't have my own bank account? Why? Simply because bank lines seem to go on forever. I really don't have anything to save in peso. All of my earnings are in dollars and I only use Payoneer as my debit card. I haven't tried withdrawing from it since I hate the impossibly high charges for Peso conversion.
Bot today I realized I needed cash. Not every store in my province accepts debit cards. MY Paypal account also has reached the minimum balance for withdrawing without additional charges. The only problem is, Payoneer is mastercard and paypal only accepts visa cards. Just my luck huh?
Any idea how to transfer my paypal balance to my payoneer account? Visa cards you can apply for free online people?

i don't think that paypal only accepts visa cards. It accepts master card and american express too. Have you tried to add your card to your paypal account.
If it doesn't work then you should find someone that want to exchange some payment, like you send him some money to send you money to your payoneer card.

Quite scary alternative that one. What if I got scammed or the fees the person asks for is outrageous? Any suggestions bout how to spot a scammer so I'll be informed if ever...

Scary it is but i think is the only alternative unless you know someone personally who wants to exchange with you.
its quite scary as its done online and you don't really know the person on the other side. But try to find someone trustworthy and discuss the process well before you continue with the deal.
