Problem with my motherboard

Hello guys, sorry to post this question, I do not know where to put it, newbie but I need favour and I hope some of you can help me. Here's the problem, I have an old CPU, specification : AMD Processor Sempron 2800+ socket 754, motherboard type ECS K8M800 M2 for AMD socket 754, HD 80gb, ram 2x256, etc.. Suddenly my cpu just got blank can't load bios, so I checked all parts and I've found the problem is on my mainboard, so I replaced battery with new one, and I unplug all part to discover which one fault, but all work fine,but still blank, clear the cmos didnt help too... Anyone can suggest a solution for this matter?? I hope I cand find one.. Thank you very much for your kindly help.
