how do you feed your hamster?

Did you just bought her this week or is she always like that?I think she is frightened.Normally,hamsters wont bite if not scared or not get used to your smell.If you just bought her,you need to introduce yourself with her.Before anything else,let her rest for how many days and get used to her environment or cage then after try just giving her some food and don't try to get her up,make sure you hands is under her so she will not think your a enemy.Then I'm sure in some days,she will get used to your smell.
