Do you find yourself pulling overtime frequently?
Do you balance your home and work lives equally?
Do you love to lounge around and only apply effort when prodded?

What do you think companies can do to help their workers have balanced lives?

well i live to work as i look after the kids all day and night so i suppose my work is never done :)
