Well, the weekend is over and Monday is here. Time to go back to the regular day job. I think Mondays are about the worst day of the week for me. Not only is it the first day back but every Monday I have to work the longest shift of the week. It's 11 1/2 hours long and seems to never end. The rest of the week isn't so bad but before you know it Monday is back. What is your worst day and do you have a reason for it? Hope all of you have a good day, can't wait for the weekend!!!!

Hi there Kitten Claus!
Well, I don't like the feeling that Monday brings much but I don't have anything against the day either or any other day for that matter. I was kind of excited for today actually since it's election day here in the Philippines. I woke up, started the day with a prayer that everything goes well and it's definitely one of the Mondays that I don't dislike since when I came to my voting precinct, I easily found my name, there wasn't any line outside and it took me just a little over two minutes to cast my vote.

I hate most the last day of work because I have a lot of deadline to meet. My work has something to do with productivity and each week i have a lot of reports and paper works I need to sumit before the Week ends. The last day of work is a hell for me. I can no longer leave my desk because every minute counts.

So the last day is your Monday. I'm sorry, the last day of the week should be the best.

You're right! The last day of the work should be the best. However, in my case it's not. Every week I dread for the last day of the work to come. How I wish I still have a lot of time to meet all th deadline. Everyday I have a deadline to meet and a meeting to attend to. It's a crazy day everyday. I can't relax. Each day I wait for the shift to end so that I can leave the office but come Friday I can't do it since I have to face all I need to finish before I can go home. If not I have to go back on my rest day (Saturday and Sunday). Urhgh! Good thing I love my job and I have good friends at work who help relieve the stress over a cup of coffee during break time.

That's a very long day-my worst day hasn't been in a few years..and it was when I had 4 commercial offices..I didn't make enough to hire anyone so I was doing them all myself. I worked from 5 pm til 6 am those days. I'm not cleaning offices anymore though. Only houses. What do you do for a living? I'm thinking it's nursing or something like that

by the way, I don't really have a worst day. Monday does drag for me because I'm back to getting up early.

I'm a manager of a fast food joint, lol. Like taco's? It's never ending there and you never know when the registers will go down, someone calls in etc. Like yesterday the store manager forgot to put the truck order in the day before. Great! So here I am getting a phone call during lunch and having to try to get a truck order figured out. I just love days like that.

I work online so Mondays are great. The kids are back in school, hubby is at work. And I have total peace and quiet (except for background noise of my choice). I spend Mondays going over my online projects...contacting new referrals...requesting necessary cashouts..etc. I am online during the weekend...but not nearly as much as during the week. So Mondays are good...I also enjoy the weekend as the family is all together.
Enjoy your week

Mondays are hard for me too. Just staring at a big week in front of you when you are still groggy and tired out from the weekend - tough! I hope that your Monday goes smoothly and quickly!

Thanks but it didn't. Our store manager forgot to put the truck order in the day before so there I was trying to make sure we got some food coming in! Hope today holds no surprises!
