in the last match against WI, Rohit sharma was not out, and he suddenly reacted to the appeal saying that the ball touched his hands not on bat, but the umpire refused to refer it. whats wrong in reffering when the player confidently says that he is not out? when a player claims a catch umpire go and ask him if its doubtful, then why not when a batsman says that he is not out? if rohit had played more we would have won the match, india paid a lot for that wickets. why umpires are always so cruel aginst india?

It is the most unfortunate thing in cricket. Two human beings(umpires)may sometimes make mistakes, when the technology is available why not use it and make the game fair? also the decisions about the L.B.W. are sometimes made wrong. Unfortunately for India and rohit Sarma he was judged out.So many times it happened with Sachin. According to me the Third umpire should be given the powers completely to take decisions irrespective of the ground umpires referring to him and change the decisions of the ground umpires at his will based on the TV replays. at the end we want a fair game may it be our player or the opposition. yesterday crores of people in India watching the TV knew it was out. They got disappointed just because of a small mistake by the one person. I agree with you man.... Though technologies are available today for making cricket perfect.... why we've to depend on such unfair decisions....? At least in critical situations (like the case of Rohith Sharma) 3rd umpires' decisions should be made as the final.....

ya yesterday he was not out. why did the ground umpires neglect 3rd ump? Rohit sharma confidently say that it hit my hands why the umpire just discarded his point? what happens if he refer it to third umpire. Now the umpire lost his reputation due to bad decision, if he had refered it his reputation would have gone up. final decision should be given to 3rd umpire.

Friend, I think it's not only towards India but towards every country..... I am of your same opinion.... The umpire must have referred to the 3rd umpire.... He knew the condition was doubtful, so consulting with the 3rd umpire was the right thing to do.... If Rohith was in the crease we would have hoped for a good result..... but what to do...... now let's see tomorrows game and hope the game will be perfect......take care...

ya it happens with other nations also, but it happen more towards india, like baskar said sachin, in the past suffered a lot due to the bad decision of umpire. the third umpire should be given the top priority.
