Why do people always think that someone died from the Aids Virus?

I am just wondering why people tend to think that when someone dies, they died from having the Aids Virus. I was talking to my sister-in-law on the telephone and I was telling her about the woman that died at my church. All I said was that I don't know how she died. And the first thing that came out of my sister-in-law's mouth was, "Did she have Aids?" I told her that I did not know. My assumption was that this woman could have died from an health condition, such as Diabetes, Stroke, Cancer or High Blood Pressure. Or she could have died from anything that I did not list here. Why do people seem to think that when someone dies whether it is a female or male, that they have the Aids Virus? This is just something that I have noticed when I mention that someone has died. Or I may hear other people discussing how someone died. Just because no one knew exactly how someone died, does not necessarily mean that they have contracted the Aids Virus. They could have died from anything. Do you hear this a lot when you talk to others about someones death? I know that my sister-in-law did not mean any harm, I hope. Please share your thoughts on this discussion. Thank you.

Aids virus is very critical diseases where if it is
in the body of a man it will always try to use and
till its nutrients until then the owner f the body is
become weakens. It is a kind of pain that cannot be
curable until in the end the man will suffer.
There is no exact medicine from it that is why that is
the first disease that comes up in the mind of the
people usually. This virus kills the man having it.
I did not hear anybody that cured with this pain but
most of all suffer and end his life early rather than longer.
It is a very fearing diseases that could transfer to others
through intimate actions. So careful is very important.
Sometimes we do not know where it comes but we know that
it is carried through the actions of man and woman in
private.

The only time I guessed that somebody had AIDs, the man was gay and very open about it. I haven't ever heard of anybody assuming AIDs for just anybody. And it probably isn't a very good assumption to make even for a gay person...

First aids is a danger disease that has high ratio of infection. Many people especially young people whose body is health.Their disease is just cold and many diseases like heart disease ,lung disease are far away them.If there are some diseases can kill them doubtless infection diseases are at the top.Aids as the first infection disease can kill them.So when you tell yr sisters in-low this thing she think it was the aids.Oh a hypothesis she is a young girl~~~
