Rohith Sharma's catch to keeper given out by umpire. Its Billy bowden's one of the worst decisions so far. Rohith is one of the inform batsman is out by the poor umpiring. Also Rohith was sure that ball was hitted on his arm and he was asking for 3rd umpire. But the Billy bowden did not give it. I think that turn around the match completely for WI. If Rohith was in crease and there will be Dhoni - Rohith partnership and India will be on the target. In these kind of situations umpires must refer it to the technologies. All of them human so errors are common. But in this Rohith was sure and he was asking him to refer. ICC must implement some rules against umpires for these kind of poor umpiring decisions. Also ICC must given a warning to Billy bowden............!!!!!
