What's in your wallet?

What's in your wallet is a catchphrase from a very annoying set of commercials that seem to play over and over here. But it seemed to fit the discussion, so what is in your wallet? Pictures of kids, and pets? Coupons, gum, keys, things so old you don't remember buying them? Or do you not even carry a wallet?
I would love to have a picture of my dog Sherlock in my wallet. The picture I'm including with this discussion is one my sister took of him on Saturday, May 8th when she came to visit.

Your dog is cute. You should have his picture on your wallet. I have almost all of my cards in my wallet. I'm also keeping important receipts or claim stubs inside it. What I have in my wallet are very important. I don't usually put a big amount of money inside it, but I can't imagine losing it.

Hey Amber! I don't know why I thought you had a huge dog, like
a Shepherd or something! That sure wasn't what I pictured Sherlock
to be! He's my favorite doggy, I think? What is he? Is he a
Chiuahua (spelling is wrong, I know)! He is precious! And I would
squeeze him to pieces! That is a great picture to put in your
wallet! I need to learn to work my stupid digital camera, print
on my new printer that prints the photos from the camera and
computer and be able to show you all my babies Star & Luna! And
also have pics to carry around! Maybe, my "sort of brat son"
will show me sometime soon! He gave me the camera and printer, but
getting him to show me is a whole other discussion! I guess he
really is like a son! A real brat! (I love you Jay!)

I'd love to have a big dog too. A black or yellow lab. But the apartment complex has a weight limit for the dogs we have, which is 20 pounds. I guess it keeps them from getting tenants with big dogs.
Sherlock is 3/4 Chihuahua and 1/4 Corgi.

Well, that is hard to say, I don't own a wallet, and the purses I had are somewhere around here...lol I carry my license/ID, keys, money, and cell in the front pockets of my jeans. I don't carry a purse or wallet for the pure reason mine was stolen along time ago with my bill/rent money in it. I was on my way to pay it at that time. Needless to say, I didn't pay bills that month and it was hard explaining this to all of them. I don't a purse or wallet for that reason.

well, my wallet carries my driver's license, my health card, other licenses and no credit cards, plus some cash. pictures, for me, a wallet is no place for such... as pictures should be displayed not placed on back pockets.

I agree totally, that could give them inspiration to keep going. If they can't or don't have an office, they can always put one in the car visor just to take a quick peek now and then. Just to give them a good feeling of a memory that makes them smile.

that's good. pictures should be looked at to and admired... brings memories, nice memories... so, a wallet is not a place for pictures, especially that of the family... husbands should display their family photo in his back shelf in the office, never carry them in his wallet...

My wallet is filled with contact cards, pictures, and more cards. Haha! I seldom put money in my wallet because I use my coin purse more often. My wallet is so bulky because of the cards and other stuff. But I still bring it with me because my IDs, and important cards are there.

I just have identification stuff in my wallet, plus a very little money. Checks that Wal Mart gives back after running them and some receipts.

Well...I do carry a wallet inside my purse..with a bunch of cards for discounts at certain stores that offer it to you.....I do also have my checkbook in it..and cash.....and of course....pictures of my kids and grandkids! I just bought a new one and had to struggle to find one where I could still put their pictures!

A bunch of cards.. 90% of which I never use! In the front pocket I keep the important cards that I do use, my ID, debit card, gym card, library card, and a couple others I can probably do away with now like my Sam's Club membership card, cause they closed the only Sam's Club I'll ever go to.
In the rest of the pockets are those cards you get from grocery stores to get the savings, but I always shop at Walmart so really don't need them, but won't get rid of them "just in case".
Yeah, that's about it.. wish there was some cash in there, but alas!

I have lots of pictures in my wallet, bank cards, credit cards (not that lame one though), and some of our business cards in my wallet. There's usually not any cash in there. For some reason my wallet becomes a radar beam to my youngest daughter whenever I have cash and she wants/needs some.

It is crazy to say, but I really don't carry my wallet with me any more. I carry all of the things that I will need on a regular basis in the pockets of my purse because that way there is one less thing that I have to worry about using. In my wallet, which is currently sitting on my desk, I have a miniature high school diploma, the one credit card that our family still has (and that I don't use, thus the reason that it isn't in my purse), some receipts and also some coupons that my sister gave to me a couple weeks ago.

My wallet has a few bucks in it (no change, I save the change in a coffee can). My wallet also has my credit cards, ATM cards, health insurance cards, an emergency card telling people I have dogs at home, my check book, and my vehicle registration and insurance cards. That's it...no pictures of dogs, family...nothing.

I have all three of my dogs photos in my wallet. I also carry a little brag book with me and I have more pictures of my dogs in it than of my great-grand children.
Sherlock is gorgeous. He looks a lot like my Schatzie her photo is my avatar photo.

Sherlock is so cute! I commented on it and as I said in my comment, I just want to pick him up and hold him so bad! I have all kinds of cards in my wallet, some I don't even use. I have my library card in there, which is going to be expired next month. I also have my driver's license in there. I also have my social security card in there and some credit cards. It seems like I always have to go through all of my cards whenever I'm trying to find a particular one, lol! It's kind of embarassing. I also have my Medicaid Card in there and some store receipts. I also keep money in there. I don't have any pictures in there whatsoever but some of these mylotters have given me a good idea about keeping pictures of my pets in there.

Here's what's inside my wallet: 39 dollars to be exact lol! shopping list for tomorrow's splurging day :D, a picture of my bf so i can bring him anytime anywhere, credit card, atm card, gift card, cards for arcades, internet cafe membership card, red cross card, license and a post it that says "stick me". It seems that cards dominates my wallet! I've noticed other wallets contained LOTS of family pictures in it. It's kinda like they shoved their family album inside a wallet and make it a portable album. haha.
